Register SMART Payee for Online Access to Incentive Payment Information
If multiple Payees have registered their SMART claims under the same email address, then enter the information for any Payee and complete this email registration process to get online access to incentive payment information for all Payees.
Enter your payee information to register your payee email address. Once your payee information is validated an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to confirm your account.
The information you enter below must match the Payee information as entered on your SMART claim.
